Embroidery is our bread and butter, but it is not the only option. Here is every decoration method we offer, and whether it is available on the domestic or overseas path (or both).
Each method lists the production paths it is available on. The overseas-only techniques are the ones that need manufacturer-direct volumes to be viable.
The category default. Stitched directly to the panel; reads sharp at small sizes and holds up to wear.
Woven, leather, or PVC patches sewn on. Great for detailed marks that do not translate cleanly to thread.
Raised foam fill behind the stitch — bolder, more sculptural feel. Best for short, blocky logos.
Layered fabric pieces stitched on for color blocking and bold shapes. Manufacturer-direct only.
Full-color dye process for all-over prints. Only viable at manufacturer-direct volumes.
Pick one or more locations when you request a quote. Overseas production unlocks three extra placements beyond the standard front/side/back.
The standard three placements, available on domestic and overseas production alike.
Decoration on the visor itself, top or underside — specified at the factory rather than added to a finished blank.
Your logo on the inside band, alongside a custom inside label if you want one.
